About the role#
Renaissance Strategic Advisors is hiring a Summer Analyst for the 2027 program. You will join a team of consultants to support our global client base. As a fully integrated member of our project teams, you will work alongside analysts, associates, and senior staff to provide direct input on client deliverables and briefings.
What you'll do#
- Support our global client base alongside analysts and associates.
- Conduct primary and secondary source research.
- Build market and financial models.
- Create client presentations and deliverables.
- Participate in internal firm development and independent market analysis.
- Lead an independent market analysis project, culminating in a presentation to senior management.
- Participate in a weeklong training program covering Excel, PowerPoint, research methods, and industry knowledge.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Political Science, International Relations, Public Health, or a related STEM subject.
- Prior internship or work experience in aerospace, defense, government services, or with a top consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, or venture capital firm.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to engage with clients.
- A specific interest in the aerospace, defense, space, and government services sectors.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
