About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in a professional consulting environment during the summer of 2027. You will work on various healthcare client projects, helping to solve strategic issues and improve industry knowledge. The role involves a 40-hour work week from May through August.
What you'll do#
- Solve strategic issues by contributing to healthcare client projects.
- Perform financial, analytical, and writing tasks to support consulting engagements.
- Assist with research and data analysis for reports, client proposals, and presentations.
- Work alongside experienced leaders to learn about areas such as business valuation, healthcare strategy, revenue and compliance advisory, and transaction advisory services.
What you'll need#
- An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public health, health administration, or a related analytical business discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A habit of self-reviewing your work and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Preference is given to those pursuing a graduate degree or those with prior professional experience in business or healthcare.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- Locations include Overland Park, KS; Brentwood, TN; Knoxville, TN; and Atlanta, GA.
