    About the role#

    This is a 10 to 12-week paid internship program based in Knightdale, North Carolina. You will work on-site to support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives. This role involves gaining corporate experience while contributing to projects that improve safety and operational discipline.

    What you'll do#

    • Improve existing safety programs.
    • Conduct risk and ergonomic assessments.
    • Support compliance audits.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance workplace safety.
    • Manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
    • Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.

    What you'll need#

    • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university.
    • Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Health Administration.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
