About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. You will work alongside our Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams. This program focuses on professional development, mentorship, and exposure to various career paths within insurance. You will participate in workshops, networking opportunities, and a local community service initiative.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients.
- Manage policies, endorsements, and renewals.
- Perform data management tasks.
- Assist in claims processing.
- Support the analysis of insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Spring 2027, Fall 2027, or Spring 2028.
- Positive attitude and an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work as a collaborative team player.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
