About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program is a full-time, paid 10-week summer program. It offers hands-on experience across our Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth teams. This rotational program is designed to help you explore career paths in insurance brokerage while building your professional skills through mentorship and training.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients.
- Manage policy tasks including endorsements, renewals, and data entry.
- Assist with the claims processing workflow.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share project updates with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, volunteer initiatives, and social activities.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- This is an on-site, full-time role.
- Locations: Cincinnati, Ohio or Columbus, Ohio.
