About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within our Foodservice Marketing division. You will work with our well-known brands, supporting the sales and marketing efforts directed toward commercial and non-commercial foodservice operators. This includes restaurants, hotels, schools, and hospitals. You will help educate distributor personnel on our product lines and assist in developing usage and merchandising ideas.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research on operators and market channels.
- Support the development and maintenance of sales enablement tools.
- Assist the team with B2B marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on product launches and demonstrations.
What you'll need#
- You must be graduating in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and persuasive skills.
- Comfort with the preparation and consumption of a variety of Hormel Foods products, including pork, beef, chicken, turkey, and nuts.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate headquarters in Austin, Minnesota.
- The term runs for the Summer 2027 season.
- This is a paid position.
