About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in digital strategy, content creation, analytics, and campaign execution. You will work on projects that support real business initiatives while developing skills to launch your career. You will also have opportunities to connect with fellow interns and interact with leaders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid media channels.
- Support content development for websites, blogs, and social platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to inform strategy.
- Help manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You must be graduating in August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028.
- Major in Food Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- You must be comfortable with the preparation and consumption of a variety of Hormel Foods products, including pork, beef, chicken, turkey, and nuts.
- You must have access to a personal motor vehicle for commuting.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, Minnesota.
- The internship takes place during the Summer 2027 term.
