About the role#
Home Creations is hiring a Construction Intern/Assistant to support our superintendents with daily construction, maintenance, and lawn care tasks. This is a paid, part-time, on-site role with rolling start dates. You will work across various locations in Moore, Harrah, and Choctaw, Oklahoma.
What you'll do#
- Walk through every room of every house on the site daily.
- Maintain yards, landscaping, shrubs, trees, and sod watering.
- Keep streets and gutters clean.
- Perform minor touch-ups and punch-list tasks.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors.
- Secure the site by locking and unlocking doors daily.
- Keep signage upright and organized.
- Attend staff meetings and provide recommendations to the construction team.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- At least six months of general labor or related work experience.
- Knowledge of erosion control guidelines.
- Ability to use computers and other technology.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including exposure to dust, heat, and noise.
Location & details#
- Locations: Moore, Harrah, and Choctaw, Oklahoma.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
