About the role#
This position is open exclusively to current and recent HNTB interns. You will join our team as a new graduate to work on aviation planning projects. This is a full-time role focused on applying planning strategies, gathering data, and communicating findings through reports and visuals. You will coordinate with inter-disciplinary team members throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do#
- Research and collect raw data for project use.
- Organize and analyze data using technical guidance and software.
- Create maps, exhibits, and presentation materials.
- Conduct research on planning policies and concepts.
- Develop conceptual planning alternatives for transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Assist with the production of plans, studies, and environmental documents.
- Support stakeholder and public participation processes.
- Maintain project records and files.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Engineering, or a related field.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Oakland, California, or Boston, Massachusetts.
- The role is full-time and paid.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
