About the role#
This position is open exclusively to current or former HNTB interns. You will work under close supervision to provide administrative support for departments and projects. This role involves tasks that reflect standard business curriculum and offers the chance to contribute to infrastructure projects.
What you'll do#
- Perform routine administrative tasks including editing documents, making copies, and handling inquiries.
- Manage communication by answering phones, taking messages, and transmitting information.
- Prepare reports, track results, and assist management with data analysis.
- Coordinate program developments and schedule appointments.
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with various teams.
- Conduct research and work on special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a related undergraduate or graduate program.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities at once.
