About the role#
This is a summer 2027 internship opportunity within the Central Division. This program is open exclusively to current or former HNTB interns. You will work under close supervision to support various departments in planning, science, and technology. This is a paid, on-site role.
What you'll do#
- Support project team members with day-to-day tasks.
- Perform basic research and collect data.
- Manage project files, records, and collections.
- Help create graphics, reports, and presentation materials.
- Handle other duties as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current or former HNTB intern.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Health, Business Administration, Data Science, or Architecture.
- Ability to conduct research and maintain accurate records.
Location & details#
This position is based on-site in one of the following cities: Austin, Baton Rouge, Dallas, Des Moines, El Paso, Fort Worth, Houston, Kansas City, Little Rock, New Orleans, Oklahoma City, Overland Park, Plano, Round Rock, San Antonio, or St. Louis. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
