About the role#
This position is open exclusively to current or previous HNTB interns. As a Returning New Grad Engineer I, you will contribute to the delivery of infrastructure projects by applying engineering techniques and design criteria. You will work in partnership with project teams to perform research, calculations, and design tasks across projects of varying size and complexity.
What you'll do#
- Support the preparation and modification of project reports, designs, and calculations.
- Assist in the production of project quantity and cost estimates.
- Perform research, data collection, and field investigations to support project development.
- Help engineering teams with the organization and administrative support of design files.
- Complete assigned work within the established schedule and budget.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Industrial, Aerospace, Chemical, or Computer Engineering.
- Understanding of engineering principles relevant to your discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
- Ability to work on-site.
