About the role#
HNTB is seeking a Program Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This position is based in New York, NY, at the Administration Building at JFK Airport. This is a full-time, paid internship. Please note that relocation and housing assistance are not provided for this role, and visa sponsorship is not available.
What you'll do#
- Assist project team members with day-to-day support tasks.
- Conduct basic research and gather data.
- Maintain project-related records, files, and collections.
- Help develop graphics, reports, and presentation materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related undergraduate or graduate program.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Synchro Pro.
- Experience preparing 3D and 4D visualizations and simulations using Autodesk Navisworks or Synchro Pro.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of basic design and construction components.
- Ability to identify errors or non-standard situations and suggest alternatives.
- A proactive, efficient, and self-motivated work style with the ability to work well in groups or independently.
- Knowledge of e-Builder, SharePoint, and Microsoft Visio is a plus.
