About the role#
This New Grad Engineer I position is available to current and former HNTB interns for the Winter and Summer 2027 terms. This is a full-time, paid position requiring on-site work. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned work within the provided schedule and hours.
- Assist in the production and modification of design calculations, project reports, plans, and specifications.
- Support engineering teams with data collection, research, field investigations, and project design.
- Assist in the preparation of project quantity and cost estimates.
- Provide administrative support for the organization of design files.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Environmental, Architecture, or Graphic Design).
- Understanding of engineering principles relevant to your discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
