About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will join our structures team in Ohio to support complex infrastructure projects. You will perform basic engineering tasks that reflect your current coursework and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of our engineering teams.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering teams with daily tasks and project duties.
- Assist with the research, development, and design of active projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Perform basic engineering calculations and organize information for project documentation.
- Apply direction from supervisors and peers while learning shop drawing and submittal procedures.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program, specifically in Civil, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong interest in transportation and infrastructure.
- We prefer candidates who have completed at least 2 years of their engineering program.
- Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation is a plus.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Columbus, Cleveland, or Blue Ash, Ohio.
- This role is paid with an approximate pay range of $21.07 to $31.60 per hour.
