About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Atlanta. You will work under close supervision to provide administrative support to project teams and departments. This role is designed for students currently enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program.
What you'll do#
- Perform routine administrative tasks including editing documents, making copies, and handling inquiries.
- Manage office communications by answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare reports and track project results.
- Coordinate program developments and transmit information across teams.
- Assist management with data analysis and provide research for special projects.
- Participate in team meetings and interface with various departments.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program focused on Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong skills in prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking.
