About the role#
We are looking for a Communications & Graphics Intern to join our Tolling group in Raleigh for Summer 2027. You will provide administrative support and assist with various project tasks under close supervision. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Prepare reports and track project results.
- Coordinate program developments and assist with research for special projects.
- Edit documents and transmit information to team members.
- Handle routine inquiries, answer phones, and manage appointments.
- Make copies and perform general administrative duties.
- Participate in meetings and work with various teams across the office.
- Assist management with data analysis.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Preference is given to students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or English.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a team environment.
- A track record of meeting strict deadlines.
