About the role#
HNTB is seeking an AI Business Process Developer Intern for the Summer 2027 program in Austin, Texas. You will study existing business workflows and design AI-powered solutions to reduce manual tasks. This role acts as a bridge between non-technical business teams and technical systems to improve how we work. This is a full-time, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Analyze current business workflows.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate manual processes.
- Support project team members with various tasks.
- Conduct research and collect data for specific projects.
- Maintain project records, collections, and files.
- Develop graphics, reports, and presentation materials.
- Perform other assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a related undergraduate or graduate program.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and C#.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Stack AI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT.
- A curious, problem-solving mindset.
