About the role#
This internship provides professional experience within our in-house Architecture, Design and Construction team. You will support the delivery of properties that reflect their local cultures and serve our guests. The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects, attend workshops, and build connections through networking events.
- Support your team by preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Develop new ideas and solutions to encourage innovation.
- Manage tasks and collaborate with your team using your organizational and communication skills.
- Deliver a final presentation with your manager to showcase your work and findings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Pursuit of a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Hospitality Design, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Graphic Design.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 40-hour work week for the duration of the 10-week program.
- Proficiency with design software, presentation tools, and graphic design applications.
- Knowledge of architecture and design principles, including the ability to interpret drawings.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located in Memphis, TN or McLean, VA.
- Interns in Memphis earn $24.00 per hour, while those in McLean earn $25.00 per hour.
- All interns receive a one-time $2,500.00 stipend.
