About the role#
The Provider Delivery Software Engineer Undergraduate Internship offers hands-on experience in building enterprise-scale software solutions. You will work within the Provider Delivery organization to support digital products that power healthcare operations, including provider directories, credentialing, and portal experiences. This role provides exposure to the full software development lifecycle, from initial analysis and design to testing and implementation.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, test, and support applications that serve provider-facing business functions.
- Write code and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
- Refine requirements and contribute to technical documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and product owners.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, including recommendations or proposals for action.
- Receive mentorship from senior personnel while working on projects designed to build professional expertise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited baccalaureate program.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Ability to work independently as a U.S. worker, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

- This internship is scheduled for Summer 2027.
- The position is remote and is a part-time role.
