About the role#
This is a paid co-op opportunity for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. It is designed for students interested in a career in welding and steel fabrication. You will work on-site in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
What you'll do#
- Perform steel fabrication tasks.
- Apply various welding techniques.
- Read and interpret technical prints.
- Use specialized tools and measuring instruments.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a welding or metal fabrication program.
- You must be at least 16 years old and currently a high school or college student.
- High school students under 18 need to provide proof of CTC or CTE program enrollment.
- Capability to learn and use technical tools, prints, and measuring instruments.
- A team-player attitude and strong attention to detail.
