About the role#
High Associates is seeking students for a Residential Maintenance Co-Op. This role is for individuals interested in property maintenance and provides hands-on experience in the field.
What you'll do#
You will complete apartment maintenance tasks based on service requests submitted by residents.
What you'll need#
- You must be a high school or college student at least 16 years old.
- You must be currently enrolled in electrical, general carpentry, plumbing, or general building maintenance courses through LCCTC.
- You have the ability to learn and use tools, prints, and measuring instruments.
- You work well with others and have strong attention to detail.
