About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for 2027. You will work on-site in either our Minneapolis or Milwaukee office. The program lasts 12 weeks, typically starting on or before June 1, 2027, and running through mid-August.
What you'll do#
- Perform technical analysis and lighting calculations.
- Prepare design documentation for various projects.
- Develop design solutions that support the overall project vision.
- Contribute to work across diverse markets, including healthcare, commercial, education, and cultural facilities.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering (with an emphasis in lighting systems), Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- You are entering or completing your junior year or higher in an undergraduate program, or you are currently enrolled in a graduate program.
- You have knowledge of Revit.
- Familiarity with lighting calculations, photometric analyses, rendering software, and design documentation is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with AGi32, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and other lighting analysis or visualization software is preferred.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
