About the role#
As a Systems Software Engineer Intern, you will join our engineering teams to build and support automation solutions. This role is designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience by contributing to real-world technical projects. You will work in a hybrid environment, spending time in the office to collaborate with your team and learn from experienced professionals.
What you'll do#
- Partner with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance automation solutions.
- Design, implement, and manage continuous integration, build, and deployment scripts.
- Apply best practices for Continuous Integration and Continuous Test.
- Assist teams in debugging and maintaining automation processes and tools.
- Attend team meetings, learn project methodologies, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Actively learn about new technologies and methodologies relevant to your work.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and participate in periodic reviews to share updates and receive feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with technical tools relevant to the role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively while working toward strict deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset and a sense of urgency.
