About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support business units through research, analysis, and project coordination. You will work within a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing business activities. The role focuses on helping translate global priorities into regional execution plans and supporting worldwide partner marketing initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support GEO marketing initiatives and contribute to regionally relevant execution plans.
- Assist with lead qualification, pipeline analysis, and reporting to improve marketing visibility.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for strengthening campaign adoption and go-to-market execution.
- Contribute to field-operations planning, documentation, and process improvement.
- Develop summaries, recommendations, and materials for field, partner, and GMC leadership.
- Collaborate with colleagues by attending meetings and learning project methodologies.
- Identify and suggest process or tool changes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Participate in periodic reviews to share project updates and incorporate feedback.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related non-technical field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to organize complex information.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and a willingness to learn emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Comfort collaborating across various regions, functions, and stakeholder groups.
- Interest in go-to-market strategies, sales, channel, or partner ecosystems.
Location & details#
- Locations: San Jose, California or Houston, Texas.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (average of 2 days per week in an HPE office).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly rate of $26.00 to $30.00 for California-based roles.
