About the role#
As an Electric Hardware Engineering Intern, you will support senior team members on technical projects and gain hands-on experience in the field. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, where you will contribute to the maintenance and development of hardware and technical systems.
What you'll do#
- Support senior team members on technical projects assigned by the business unit.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues while suggesting practical solutions.
- Assist with the maintenance and updates of hardware, software, and other technical systems.
- Participate in team meetings to learn project methodologies and collaborate with colleagues.
- Actively learn about new technologies and methodologies relevant to your work.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and participate in periodic reviews to share updates and receive feedback.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
- Familiarity with technical tools relevant to the role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under strict deadlines.
