About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience for students or recent graduates to work on technical projects alongside experienced team members. You will gain exposure to professional methodologies while contributing to real-world initiatives. What you'll do#
- Support senior team members on assigned technical projects.
- Help identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing support and suggesting solutions.
- Assist with maintaining and updating hardware, software, and other technical systems.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on projects.
- Learn about new technologies and methodologies relevant to your work.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge, such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with technical tools relevant to the role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage your time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- A strong interest in high-tech and a passion for learning.

- Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires working from an HPE office on average 2 days per week).
