About the role#
The Cloud Developer Intern will build and support mission-critical applications. You will work on end-to-end technical solutions, focusing on cloud-based systems and machine learning integration. This position is on-site at our San Jose office.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cloud solutions.
- Identify and formalize machine learning problems for wireless and wired network diagnostics, root causing, and optimization.
- Design, implement, and validate machine learning algorithms on big data.
- Oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning solutions.
- Use Agentic AI to solve complex networking problems.
- Debug code and integrate solutions into application architecture.
- Develop and execute test plans that meet performance, scale, usability, and security requirements.
- Deploy cloud-based systems using continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Analyze data processing problems to develop solutions for system administration and networking.
What you'll need#
- Currently working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, specifically PySpark and Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Background in statistical and machine learning techniques, including anomaly detection, time series analysis, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and deep learning.
- Experience with online learning algorithms, reinforcement learning, or semi-supervised learning.
- Familiarity with GenAI, large language models (LLMs), and Agentic AI.
- Strong communication and data visualization skills.
- Relevant industry experience in data science and machine learning.

- Compensation: The hourly rate for this position in California is $55.00 - $63.25.
