About the role#
As an ASIC Engineering Intern, you will support senior team members on technical projects and assist with the maintenance of hardware and software systems. This role is based on-site and focuses on gaining practical experience in ASIC design, verification, and the application of AI within ASIC development. You will participate in team meetings, learn project methodologies, and collaborate with colleagues to solve technical challenges.
What you'll do#
- Support senior team members on assigned technical projects.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues while suggesting solutions.
- Assist with maintaining and updating hardware, software, and other technical systems.
- Participate in team meetings and learn about project methodologies.
- Actively engage in learning new technologies relevant to your work.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in periodic reviews to share progress and incorporate feedback.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with programming languages or technical tools relevant to the role.
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge, such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Interest in ASIC design, ASIC verification, or the use of AI for ASIC development.
- A passion for learning and a strong interest in high-tech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under strict deadlines.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and a sense of urgency.
