    About the role#

    This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity based in Trumbull, Connecticut. The role is on-site and runs during the Winter and Summer of 2027. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

    What you'll do#

    • Create and test laundry formulations in a laboratory setting using academic chemistry knowledge.
    • Conduct experiments to develop and optimize new product formulas.
    • Use laboratory instrumentation to measure physical properties and predict product performance.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data to assess formulation effectiveness.
    • Translate scientific findings into actionable insights through clear presentations to management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

    What you'll need#

    • You are a current junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, charts, and formula-based modeling.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in cross-functional environments.
    • A team-oriented mindset with experience working in diverse, interdisciplinary groups.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights.

    • Location: Trumbull, Connecticut.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: $22 to $27 per hour.
    • Duration: January 11, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
