About the role#
This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience within the Henkel Consumer Brands business unit. You will join the Customer Excellence Logistics Team for two rotations. This role focuses on the practical side of supply chain operations, including CPFR, customer service, deductions, and transportation.
What you'll do#
- Complete two rotations within the Customer Excellence Logistics Team.
- Analyze customer and internal data to find cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
- Assist in managing a portion of a CPFR analyst portfolio.
- Work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to understand end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Support projects that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- An interest in supply chain operations.
- Ability to analyze data and apply data-driven decision-making.
- Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
