About the role#
The Content Group Intern supports the Event Operations and Artist Activation team in managing the logistics and execution of events and tours. This role works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event planning and operations run smoothly. You will assist with daily production tasks, project documentation, and on-site event execution.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of live experiences and events.
- Assist with operational timelines, project trackers, and documentation.
- Help define project scope and budgets while preparing project decks and summaries.
- Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines.
- Track project deliverables and identify risks or dependencies early.
- Assist with post-event reporting, recaps, and research for campaign planning.
- Monitor K-pop trends, fan behavior, and competitive marketing campaigns to ensure cultural relevance.
What you'll need#
- 1-2 years of experience in K-Pop, production, events, operations, or growth-related roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Korean (minimum conversational) is preferred to support communication with external teams.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in the entertainment industry and familiarity with live events or experiential projects.
Location & details#
- Location: Los Angeles, California (On-site at hello82 HQ).
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- This is a paid, full-time internship position.
