About the role#
As a Liaison Intern, you will be based at the Broadcast Information Office (BIO) within the stadium. You will serve as a key point of contact for media partners, acting as the bridge between on-site stadium operations and the International Broadcast Centre (IBC). This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Liaison Team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
- Distribute event and venue updates to broadcasters and staff.
- Inform broadcasters about the location and setup of their booked facilities within the stadium.
- Act as the primary contact for media partners requiring local information and guidance.
- Support media partners with on-site unilateral operations, including labeling positions and coordinating interview timing.
- Coordinate with the on-site Media Department to ensure consistent information flow between broadcasters and press journalists.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Media Studies, International Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high levels of concentration in a high-pressure environment.
- A service-oriented and dedicated approach to professional responsibilities.
