About the role#
As a Liaison Intern at HBS, you will be based at the Broadcast Information Office within Arrowhead Stadium. You will serve as a primary link between the venue and the International Broadcast Centre, ensuring media partners receive accurate information and support during the summer of 2026.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Liaison Team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Distribute event and venue updates to broadcasters and media partners.
- Guide broadcasters regarding the location and setup of their booked stadium facilities.
- Manage Broadcast Booking Tickets and access confirmations for designated partners.
- Act as the first point of contact for media partners requiring local information or assistance.
- Coordinate with the on-site Media Department to ensure information consistency.
- Support unilateral operations, including labelling positions and scheduling interviews.
What you'll need#
- Current studies in Media Studies, International Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high concentration in high-pressure environments.
- A service-oriented and dedicated approach to professional tasks.
