Liaison Intern

About the role#

As a Liaison Intern, you will be based at the Broadcast Information Office (BIO) within the stadium. You will serve as a key point of contact for media partners, acting as the bridge between on-site stadium operations and the International Broadcast Centre (IBC). This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2026 term.

What you'll do#

• Assist the Liaison Team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Distribute event and venue updates to broadcasters and staff.
• Inform broadcasters about the location and setup of their booked facilities within the stadium.
• Act as the primary contact for media partners requiring local information and guidance.
• Support media partners with on-site unilateral operations, including labeling positions and coordinating interview timing.
• Coordinate with the on-site Media Department to ensure consistent information flow between broadcasters and press journalists.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Media Studies, International Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high levels of concentration in a high-pressure environment.
• A service-oriented and dedicated approach to professional responsibilities.

• Term: Summer 2026 (June–July).
• Modality: On-site.
