About the role#
Haworth is hiring a Quality Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Holland, Michigan. You will join a cohort of interns for a 12-week program that includes project work, mentorship, and professional development workshops.
What you'll do#
- Assist with various projects within the Assembly area of the Walls Plant.
- Focus on the use of ignition dashboards.
- Apply CREO/CAD skills to support manufacturing processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Junior level status by Fall 2027.
- Ability to work on-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States.
- Experience reading blueprints and using CAD software.
- Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheet applications, and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A desire to research solutions and ask questions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A GPA of 2.95 or higher is preferred.
- Previous employment, prior Haworth experience, or involvement in extra-curricular activities like clubs or athletics is a plus.
