About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based at our headquarters in Holland, Michigan. You will spend the summer of 2027 working on-site as part of our Walls production team. The program runs from May 2027 to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the New Product Launch process within our Walls plant.
- Gain direct experience in front line leadership.
- Work on projects to improve current and new manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in professional development workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or General Business.
- Junior level status by the Fall of 2027.
- Ability to work on-site in Holland, Michigan for the full duration of the summer.
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with personal computers, spreadsheet applications, and Office 365 tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
- A desire to research and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Preference is given to candidates with a GPA of 2.95 or higher, prior leadership experience, or bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Previous employment or extra-curricular experience is also valued.
