About the role#
This is a paid internship based at our corporate headquarters in Holland, Michigan. You will join the Customer Operations Department, which serves as a bridge between our dealers and our manufacturing and shipping teams. During this 12-week summer program, you will work on real projects, participate in workshops, and attend industry events.
What you'll do#
- Create predictive analyses using customer data.
- Examine key business metrics to support operations.
- Evaluate various survey platforms.
- Apply machine learning techniques to solve data problems.
- Work with minimal supervision to research and find solutions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Statistics.
- Junior level status or higher by Fall 2027.
- Ability to work on-site in Holland, MI from May 2027 to August 2027.
- Unrestricted right to work in the US.
- Overall GPA of 2.95 or higher.
- Experience with Python, Excel, ERP systems, and business analytics tools.
- Interest in AI and machine learning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience through internships, employment, or extracurricular activities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
