About the role#
As a Procurement Intern in our Project Delivery Group, you will work from our Pittsburgh office. You will assist our teams with global projects and gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, contract management, and project design support. This is a full-time, paid internship role.
What you'll do#
- Act as a liaison with Package Coordinators, Planners, and Logistics teams to verify technical specifications, lead times, and delivery dates.
- Prepare and issue commercial bid documents and manage the prequalification and selection of bidders.
- Maintain the integrity of the bid process, including logging questions and issuing addenda.
- Conduct commercial evaluations and negotiate commercial terms, payment milestones, and Incoterms.
- Review vendor comments on terms and conditions and prepare purchase orders or contracts for execution.
- Gain exposure to cost control, schedule compliance, and invoice auditing.
- Assist senior engineers and designers with detailed project designs and drawing preparation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite, including at remote project locations.
- Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- You must submit a transcript, official or unofficial, with your application.

- Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States.
- Work Modality: This is an in-office environment. We encourage teams to be in the office, though flexibility for remote work exists when needed.
