About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the principles of media planning. You will assist in the research, development, and implementation of media plans while working under the supervision of experienced media professionals. You will gain exposure to both traditional and digital media tactics during the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide general administrative support to the media team.
- Assist with the planning and buying processes.
- Manage client buy maintenance tasks.
- Interact with media sales representatives as directed.
- Attend vendor meetings and help with competitive analyses.
- Review and reconcile media invoices using the company billing system.
- Stay informed on issues affecting the advertising industry.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using the internet for secondary research.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.

- Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania (Hybrid).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- This is an unpaid internship that can be completed for academic credit.
- Scheduling is flexible, with many interns working two to three days per week.
