About the role#
The Sourcing Intern reports to a Sourcing Manager within the Global Strategic Sourcing organization. You will work on individual projects and may contribute to group efforts. This role involves interacting with departments such as research and development, finance, operations, and supply chain. You may also coordinate with external suppliers.
What you'll do#
- Analyze raw material suppliers that support product production.
- Complete projects independently and draw conclusions with guidance.
- Present findings through spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
- Validate vendor invoices and pricing details to ensure compliance with business commitments.
- Consolidate data for monthly reporting and system implementations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in the summer of 2026.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Location & details#
- Location: St. Paul, Minnesota.
- Term: Summer 2026 (12 weeks, from late May to mid-August).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22-$25 per hour.
