About the role#
Gulfstream is hiring Collegiate Associate Interns for the Spring 2027 semester. You will join the Innovation, Engineering, and Flight division to work alongside professional engineering teams. This role involves contributing to technical projects and gaining experience in areas such as lab test design, electronic systems, and electrical harness installation.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical assistance to engineering staff.
- Complete discrete engineering tasks on schedule.
- Apply engineering knowledge to resolve aircraft issues using company procedures.
- Support component and full-scale aircraft prototype and test activities.
- Generate and analyze technical test data.
- Interface with internal departments like Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement, as well as external suppliers.
- Build your knowledge of technical principles and concepts in your field.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Academic background in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial & Systems, Civil, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which must be listed on your resume.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Savannah, Georgia.
- You must be available to work during the Spring 2027 semester, starting in January 2027.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- This position is paid and full-time.
- Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this role.
