About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing supply chain. You will work on live projects and assignments, gaining end-to-end exposure to international supply chain operations from site to customer. This is a full-time, paid position based in Singapore, operating on a rolling application basis for the January to June 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide accurate supply chain reports, including inventory, sales reconciliation, and backorder data.
- Perform operational tasks such as customer creation, purchase order processing, and order processing.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including third-party logistics partners.
- Communicate inventory positions and assist in developing mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Manage and solve day-to-day issues related to supply chain activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree program at a Singapore university, with a focus on Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Enrollment in a credit-bearing internship program for the duration of the term.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- A process and systems-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing tasks and activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with database systems.
