Internship – Supply Chain

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid internship based in Singapore (Rochester Park) running from January to June 2027. You will gain end-to-end exposure to international supply chain operations, working with internal and external stakeholders to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution.

What you'll do#

• Provide accurate, timely supply chain reports covering areas such as inventory, backorders, and sales reconciliation.
• Perform operational tasks including customer creation, purchase order processing, and OBD creation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners, such as 3PL providers, to manage domestic warehousing and distribution.
• Communicate inventory positions and collaborate on mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Manage and resolve day-to-day issues related to supply chain activities.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree program at a Singaporean university, preferably in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Ability to complete a credit-bearing internship for the duration of the program.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• A process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and rigor.
• Ability to prioritize multiple ongoing tasks and work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort working with database systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to seek the rationale behind established processes.
