About the role#
The Turn Assistant at The Blake supports leasing and maintenance teams during the apartment turn season. This role involves a mix of administrative support and physical maintenance tasks to help the community meet performance goals.
What you'll do#
- Support the leasing office by filing resident documents, preparing notices, organizing rent payments, and handling resident calls.
- Assist with the move-in and move-out process, including printing lease paperwork and organizing resident files.
- Conduct on-campus marketing outreach to build community awareness.
- Help organize resident events, such as welcome parties and unit visits.
- Maintain common areas and amenities by cleaning, removing debris, and pressure-washing pool areas and breezeways.
- Perform touch-up painting in vacant and occupied units.
- Ensure apartment homes are properly caulked and sealed around windows, sinks, toilets, and showers.
What you'll need#
