About the role#
The Turn Assistant role supports the leasing and maintenance teams at The Blake in Kennesaw. This position assists with the preparation of apartment units for the turn season, ensuring that operational and performance goals are met through a mix of administrative and physical tasks.
What you'll do#
- Support the leasing office by filing documents, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments.
- Assist with the move-in and move-out process, including preparing lease paperwork and organizing resident files.
- Conduct on-campus marketing outreach to build community awareness.
- Help maintain common areas and amenities by cleaning, removing debris, and power-washing breezeways.
- Perform touch-up painting and general maintenance, such as caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, and bathrooms.
- Assist with resident events and programs to support satisfaction goals.
