About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the multifamily construction industry. You will work on multimillion-dollar projects as part of our in-house general contracting team. The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 2, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with site management, subcontractor coordination, and inspections of completed work.
- Manage project controls, including requests for information, submittals, and document management.
- Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
- Support the preconstruction team by performing quantity take offs, developing bid packages, and soliciting bids.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related major.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
