About the role#
The Testing Services Specialist supports the daily operations of the Testing Center by coordinating and administering secure exams for students and faculty. This role serves as a key point of contact for exam requests, logistics, and communication. The position requires a professional approach to balancing administrative tasks with direct student support in a testing environment.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and administer secure testing services for students, faculty, and campus partners.
- Process incoming exam requests, verify testing requirements, and ensure materials are prepared according to instructions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries regarding testing services, responding to emails and questions in a professional manner.
- Proctor exams in accordance with established policies and monitor testing environments to promote academic integrity.
- Utilize testing-related technology to support exam administration and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of student information and testing materials.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
- Work Modality: On-site.
