About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program based at our Atlanta Tech Hub. You will work alongside our IT department to support infrastructure projects that serve our employees and partners across North America. This position offers hands-on experience through mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Streamline project coordination and documentation.
- Support the coordination of major infrastructure refreshes and large-scale site initiatives.
- Organize and prioritize tasks within Jira.
- Assist with site and network documentation.
- Attend networking events both in and outside of the office.
- Participate in our mentorship program.
- Shadow various roles across the company to explore career paths.
- Engage in community and stewardship efforts.
- Develop professional skills through workshops on communication, presenting, and more.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Network, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the US.
