About the role#
The Regulatory Intern will join the team for the Summer 2026 term. This role provides exposure to operational projects and involves working with various business functions. Interns participate in structured training and mentorship programs while contributing to corporate initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support the Regulatory Department with special projects, correspondence, and reporting.
- Document regular reporting and fee payment processes related to licensing obligations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Research current and future licenses and obligations.
- Update the internal Gogo licensing database.
- Draft responses to international consultations regarding company products and services.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Legal and Regulatory Department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited graduate or undergraduate program, preferably in Business Administration, Political Science, Human Resources, English, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to focus on details, organize tasks, and follow through on assignments.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Willingness to learn new software and technology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Location & details#
- Location: Broomfield, Colorado.
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid position ($18.40 - $23.00 per hour) with eligibility for a 5% bonus plan and the Incentive Stock Program.
