About the role#
The Regulatory Intern will join the team at Gogo headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado, for the Summer 2026 term. This role provides exposure to operational projects and corporate initiatives within the Regulatory Department. Interns are expected to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and will participate in structured training and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Support the Regulatory Department with special projects, correspondence, and reports.
- Document regular reporting and fee payment processes related to licensing obligations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information for reporting.
- Research current and future licenses and regulatory obligations.
- Update the internal Gogo licensing database.
- Draft responses to international consultations regarding Gogo products and services.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Legal and Regulatory Department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited graduate or undergraduate program, ideally in Business Administration, Political Science, Human Resources, English, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to focus on details, organize tasks, and follow through on assignments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Aptitude for learning new software and technology.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
