About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work alongside team members and business leaders on operational projects. The program lasts 11 weeks, from May 26 to August 6, 2027. You will gain professional experience through independent and team projects, networking, and career development activities.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain operational reports and analysis.
- Analyze data, trends, processes, and performance metrics.
- Support scheduled and ad hoc data requests.
- Use data mining, spreadsheet, and reporting tools to conduct analysis.
- Validate data to ensure reports are accurate.
- Assist with process-improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in current business processes.
- Summarize findings and create actionable recommendations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical materials for stakeholders.
- Maintain status updates on assigned projects and collaborate with team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree or higher program in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least one semester remaining after the start of the internship.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Junior or Senior classification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Exposure to Power BI, Databricks, SQL, or Python is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to support daily work, including research, summarization, and content generation.
- Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias while maintaining responsible AI use.

- Location: Fort Worth, Texas.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
