About the role#
This internship provides experience in private wealth and investment management. You will work with the Portfolio Management team, which oversees investment execution and client service for high-net-worth families. The program runs for 10 weeks from June to August 2027 and includes networking events, a group project, and mentorship opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Support a wide range of daily activities for the portfolio management team.
- Work alongside managers and specialists to gain insight into wealth management operations.
- Perform professionally while contributing to team objectives.
- Complete tasks accurately and meet project deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program as a rising senior, with a preference for Business Administration, Finance, or Economics majors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and on a self-directed basis.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a client-facing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage work under pressure.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Greenville, Delaware.
- Modality: Hybrid, with at least three days per week required in the office.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
