About the role#
Glen Group is looking for an Admin/HR Intern to support our office operations and human resources team. This is a part-time, unpaid internship totaling 100 hours of work. You will work 20 to 24 hours per week and gain hands-on experience in office administration and HR processes.
What you'll do#
- Screen candidates and help coordinate interviews.
- Assist with employee onboarding and manage documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records.
- Help with general administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Support office operations, including the planning of internal events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.
- Clear communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A willingness to take initiative and learn new tasks.
