Class of 2027 Full Time Analyst

About the role#

GLC Advisors & Co., LLC is hiring a Full Time Analyst for the M&A practice in Denver. This role provides support to junior and senior bankers in the execution of M&A, financing transactions, and corporate finance advisory projects. Analysts are assigned a variety of projects and take on responsibility based on their experience and capabilities.

What you'll do#

• Work directly with client senior management, board members, and stakeholders across all phases of transaction advisory and execution.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Prepare presentations, company offering memorandums, management presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Analyze historical financial statements and prospective financial information.
• Conduct extensive industry and company research.
• Collaborate within M&A execution teams.

What you'll need#

• Current undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date in Summer 2026.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in corporate finance, accounting, private equity, investment banking, or related financial services.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with financial information tools such as S&P Capital IQ and PitchBook is preferred.
• Strong desire to develop skills in financial modeling and statement analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to work long hours and on weekends.
